everyone thinks that every new years is a time for beginnings, and setting goals and such. well this year, i think 2009 is a year for closure, for resolutions and for preparing for rebirth into a new world, a better world. they say that everything must get worse before it slowly gets better right? honestly, i am very sad to see 2008 go. i had an amazing year, with some bad and a lot of great moments. i met my yearlong crush and now bf, i found my long lost bestie, sara ([link]), met all kinds of great people, and finally found my identity and my place in this horrible world. sure there were an equal amount of bad things, but no matter how much bad, the good always shines through, right? it brings tears to my eyes to have to say goodbye to the year of '08, but everyday we spend going on about our lives brings us closer to the resolution. just keep working through, savor the memories of the good times, dont forget, but also dont let the bad bother you, and when the time comes, realize your true path to where ever in this hellhole you are going. thats what i think the year of '09 is all about, and if you read this far, thanks for paying attention to my ramblings, and i hope you see a spark of truth in my words that will help you along in the hard times ahead.
